Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Customer Service Associates who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service to our US-based clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide relevant solutions to meet customer needs. You will also have the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities
:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
from US customers, providing solutions to queries and promoting our services.
Provide exceptional customer service
by resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records
of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the team
to share insights, improve processes, and meet performance goals.
Identify opportunities
for upselling or cross-selling additional services to customers when appropriate.
Meet individual performance metrics
related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
Experience in customer service, sales, or voice processes
is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to handle customer escalations
calmly and professionally

Comfortable working fixed night shifts
(Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM).
