Qualification- Graduate (mandatory)

Experience-

1-2 years experience into International Bpo (US Banking/collections/finance process or AML experience)

Salary

upto 55K

Shift timings

- Rotational shifts and 2 rotational offs

5 days working

Interviews will be conducted virtually

Need immediate joiners only

Notice period buyout available

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to handle diverse customer interactions

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Must have C1 level communication skills
