Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable USA Study Visa Counselor to guide and support students through the process of applying to US universities and obtaining student visas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US education system, visa processes, and excellent counseling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about US universities, programs, admission criteria, and visa requirements. Guide students through the end-to-end application process, including university shortlisting, application submission, document preparation, and visa filing. Conduct counseling sessions (in-person or virtual) with students and/or parents. Review student profiles and suggest suitable universities and programs based on academic background, financial capacity, and career goals. Assist students in preparing financial documents, DS-160 forms, SEVIS fee payment, and scheduling visa interviews. Conduct mock visa interviews and offer guidance on how to handle consulate questions confidently. Maintain strong relationships with US university representatives and stay updated on policy changes. Track each student's progress and maintain proper documentation for follow-ups and reporting. Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as a representative of the organization. Work towards monthly targets for enrollments and visa approvals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education, international studies, or business preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US education counseling or international admissions (preferred). In-depth knowledge of the US higher education system, visa procedures, and embassy guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
