Engage with potential US-based customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. o Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities. o Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions. o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Record all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. o Deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
