Job Summary:

USA Tax Gurus LLC, a remote US Tax and Accounting firm is looking for a motivated

Tax Intern

who wants hands-on experience preparing real US individual, expat and business tax returns under guidance of Senior Associates and Tax Managers. This is not a data-entry role, you will be making actual entries into our tax software, researching live client issues and contributing to returns that get e-filed with the IRS.

You'll be doing real work from Day 1:

Entering client data into Tax softwares and preparing draft 1040s, 1040-NR, 1120S, 1065, 1120, 5471, 5472, etc. Supporting seniors by pulling transcripts, completing worksheets, and organizing work-papers Conducting quick tax research (IRC sections, regs, notices) and summarizing findings Helping with client onboarding checklists and internal coordination Reviewing and catching errors on junior work-papers Participating in team training calls and process documentation

We're looking for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed Graduation with tax focus At least

one full US tax season experience

(2024 or 2025 season strongly preferred) Basic working knowledge of US individual and business tax forms Familiarity with any tax software is a big plus Excellent English communication and eagerness to learn fast Ability to work India evening hours when needed for team syncs
