US Tax Deputy Manager (1065, 1120, 1040)



Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join our Private Client Services (PCS) practice across multiple office locations. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading accounting and advisory firm, delivering comprehensive tax services to small and medium-sized businesses while collaborating with global counterparts.

Key Responsibilities



Client Service & Tax Compliance



Deliver comprehensive Partnership and Corporation tax services (including S Corp) for PCS clients in compliance with US tax laws and regulations Provide tax planning and review services for operating businesses filing Forms 1065, 1120S, and 1120 Review and manage tax returns and supporting work papers as per US Tax Law requirements Handle various tax compliance requirements including: Forms 1065, 1120S, and 1120 Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3 State and Local Tax compliances International filing compliances Additional forms as per client requirements

Client Relationship Management



Maintain and lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters Support partners with service execution and development of extended services Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service Identify tax issues and propose potential solutions Participate in all aspects of tax assignments from planning and projections to finalization

Leadership & Development



Mentor, develop, and motivate Staff and Senior level team members Conduct training sessions for staff and seniors on technical topics Research and consult on technical matters and special projects Collaborate seamlessly with global counterparts utilizing advanced technology and electronic office tools

Required Qualifications Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field Minimum 5+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience Hands-on experience with Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, or 1040 (Partnership/Corporate Tax) Must have both preparing and reviewing experience Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts

Background Requirements



Must be from consulting or CPA firms only (industry experience not considered) Background from Big 4 or Top 20 CA/CPA firms preferred Strong career stability with no frequent job changes No employment gaps
