Management Level Senior Manager

& Summary A career in our Financial Services Tax practice, within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You'll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.

Our team helps our Financial Services clients navigate the frequently changing and complex national and international tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, management of operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. You'll help our clients with their tax structuring while helping to address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world, both locally and globally.

Experience: Minimum 12+ years relevant experience in Form 1065 Compliance

Base location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Kolkata (Due to the current covid situations, we are working from home)

Technical:

1. Support leadership in managing, BU level operations and executing firm's strategic decisions.
2. Perform Manager review on US Partnership Tax returns, RIC Compliance and Provisions .
3. Be a market lead and help to run the day to day operations for their respective markets.
4. Ability to share real time feedback to foster continuous development within the market team.
5. As a market lead, work with the respective team to reduce time variances and being compliant on charging time accurately.
6. Seek opportunities for additional scope and business expansion for their respective market.
7. Developing experienced managers to grow up the ladder by delegation of work and guidance.
8. Participate in performance evaluation of their respective span as RL.
9. Help team members from their respective Span to achieve organizational level goals
10. Seek more opportunity of doing a senior manager/ concur review, before it goes to Partners/ Director.
12. Root Cause Analysis for any feedback received from engagement teams or market.
13. . Coordinate and attend delivery driver calls, work closely with them and develop rapport.
14. Making sure that QMS policies and procedures are implemented and followed across all clients within their market.
15. Active participation in AWM weekly Senior Manager calls and discuss opportunities/ Challenges.
16. Analysis of forecast v/s actual hours report on weekly basis and follow up with ET.

1. Relevant Experience: Min 12+ of experience in Asset & Wealth Management industry.
