We are hiring an experienced OPT Recruiter / US TA Specialist (4-6 yrs) to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding OPT, CPT, H1B, GC & US Citizen candidates, with a focus on OPT pipeline building and senior consultant bench onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Source & screen candidates via portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn & university networks.
Build pipelines of OPT/CPT & onboard senior IT consultants.
Manage documentation, compliance & immigration requirements.
Collaborate with universities, vendors & referral networks.
Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM & prepare reports.
Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates, including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizens.
Requirements
2-6 yrs US IT recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms & immigration policies.
Hands-on sourcing & onboarding expertise.
Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Pay: ₹408,178.77 - ₹609,997.34 per year
