About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
US Talent Acquisition
to join our US Recruitment team. This role involves screening, assessing, and qualifying candidates for various US-based job requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and qualify candidates for US job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and job fit.
Understand client job descriptions and align suitable profiles.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the qualification process.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles.
Eligibility Criteria
You are a good fit if you are:
A
fresher with excellent English communication skills
, OR
Someone with
6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing
, OR
A candidate with
minimum 1 year of sales experience
and strong communication skills.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Ability to work in
US night shift

Good listening and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence while speaking with candidates.
