Job Title : US Talent Acquisition Associate (Male Candidate Freshers)
Job Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze resumes to extract relevant keywords aligned with current hiring needs. Source and screen potential candidates through various job portals and databases. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress. Assess candidate profiles and verify credentials and documentation. Communicate regularly with applicants to keep them informed of their application status. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, fostering positive and professional relationships throughout the recruitment process. Initiate contact with suitable candidates and provide guidance through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, offering insight into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.

Experience:

This position is open to fresher candidates only.*

Skills Required:

Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet navigation. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
