Job Title : US Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher - Male Candidates Preferred)
Location : Newtown

Key Responsibilities: -

Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on the company's current needs. Source and screen potential candidates' resumes from job boards. Maintain and monitor recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking. Evaluate candidates' credibility and complete all necessary documentation. Keep all applicants informed about their application status throughout the process. Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during the selection process. A key responsibility is to initiate contact with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, providing insights into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research. Willingness to learn recruitment and candidate engagement techniques. High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a strong work ethic. Good interpersonal skills and a confident, proactive approach to candidate interaction. Open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced recruitment environment.

Salary:

Salary based upon the market standard. Incentives based upon the performance. Travelling allowance is provided.

Duty Hours & Shifts:

Night Shift (8:30 PM-5:30 AM). Monday to Friday.
