Role Description This is a full-time on-site US Staffing role located in Hyderabad. As a US Staffing professional with NYGCI, the candidate would be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. The candidate will also nurture relationships with existing clients, obtain job orders, and support the company in achieving its growth objectives. Qualifications 1+ Years into US IT or US Non IT Recruitment Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred. Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment activities, with a focus on US Staffing Proven ability to foster relationships with clients and candidates to build a talent pipeline Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and interviewing Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and others Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and achieving company objectives
