We are expanding our US staffing team in Gurgaon. We are looking for strong recruiters with experience handling direct client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients.
Work on high-volume requirements.
Coordinate with Account Managers and delivery leads.
Achieve daily/weekly submission goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in VMS portals is a plus.
Comfortable with rotational or fixed night shifts.

Pay: ₹11,352.71 - ₹33,701.09 per month
