Source and screen potential candidates through various job boards and professional platforms.
Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely tracking of all hiring activities.
Assess candidates' credibility and ensure completion of all required documentation.
Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the hiring process.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Initiate communication with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, ensuring they understand internal hiring practices and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent.
Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
