We are seeking an experienced

International Travel Agent

with strong hands-on expertise in

Amadeus GDS

, along with in-depth experience in

Canada and US airline ticketing

. The candidate must have solid knowledge of

international routes and routing logic

to provide cost-effective and compliant travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

international air ticket bookings

using

Amadeus GDS

Manage

US & Canada airline ticketing

, including complex itineraries Apply strong knowledge of

international routes, stopovers, and transit points

Perform

ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and voids

Handle

fare construction, routing rules, and airline policies

Manage schedule changes, no-shows, and airline involuntary changes Provide accurate fare quotations and optimal routing options to clients Coordinate with airlines for escalations and special service requests Ensure compliance with airline fare rules and company SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 - 5 years of hands-on experience

in

international air ticketing

Mandatory hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS

Proven experience in

Canada & US airline ticketing

Strong knowledge of

international routes, hubs, and transit points

Sound understanding of

fare rules, routing logic, and baggage policies

Experience in

refunds, reissues, cancellations, and no-show handling

Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and under time pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
