Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
Understand customer travel requirements (flights, itineraries, budgets).
Offer suitable travel options and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and follow up on potential leads.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the ticketing and operations team for booking confirmation and post-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or BPO is a plus.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, CRM tools).
