Job Summary:

Norlox is looking for highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

At Norlox Solutions, take full ownership of the sales cycle -- from lead to contract. Customize proposals, collaborate with internal teams, close deals effectively, build lasting client relationships, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Take full ownership of the deal-closing process from qualified lead to signed contract.

-Conduct final-stage sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

-Collaborate closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition and handoff.

-Customize sales pitches and proposals based on the client's needs and decision-making criteria.

-Maintain a high close rate by employing strategic selling techniques and objection handling.

-Accurately forecast and report on sales pipeline and closed revenue.

-Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term retention and upselling.

-Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Experience: 1+

Education: [Specify qualification, e.g., High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree]

Skills:

-Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

-Proficiency in using customer support tools and software (preferred).

-Availability to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).

Salary range:

30,000-40,000 INR Fixed + Incentive (As per interview)
