Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
Assist customers with flight bookings, fare quotes, changes, and cancellations.
Promote travel products and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in the system.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking operations.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
Willingness to work in night shifts.
