Key Responsibilities:
Handle
US-based inbound and outbound sales calls
for flight bookings.
Understand customer travel needs and offer suitable
flight options, upgrades, and ancillary services
.
Convert leads into successful sales with a
high conversion ratio
.
Provide
fare quotations
, check availability, and issue flight tickets.
Work on
GDS platforms
(Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) - preferred but not mandatory for freshers*. Maintain strong product knowledge related to US travel routes, policies, and airline regulations.
Ensure smooth customer experience through
professional communication and follow-ups
.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly
sales targets
.
Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent

Strong
sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work
night shifts
(US process).
Basic knowledge of travel industry or interest in travel sales.
Familiarity with GDS--
