Key Responsibilities:

? Communicate with US-based customers.
? Understand client requirements and assist in booking airline tickets.
? Learn and use tools like

Amadeus

for ticketing and reservations.
? Provide information on airline routes, fares, and schedules.
? Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Who Can Apply:

Fresh graduates

with

excellent spoken English skills

.

12th pass candidates

with

6 months to 1 year of calling experience

(BPO, telesales, or customer service). Anyone with

strong communication skills

who is currently

pursuing college through distance or online learning

. A genuine interest in the

travel or aviation industry

and a passion for working with clients. Must be

willing to work night shifts

(US time zone).

Note:

The training period will span 1 months, during which a stipend of ?10,000 per month will be provided. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be offered a CTC of ?22,000 per month.
