Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

US Sales Executive

to join our travel process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting travel inquiries into sales, and providing exceptional customer service to clients based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight, hotel, and holiday bookings for US-based customers. Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and negotiation. Provide fare quotations, travel itineraries, and travel-related solutions as per customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and travel industry trends. Handle customer queries, cancellations, reissues, and refunds professionally. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum

1 year of experience in US Travel Sales

(International process). Proficiency in

GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)

is mandatory. Strong communication skills with a

neutral or US accent.

Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products effectively. Good knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, and ticketing processes. Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality. Must be willing to work

night shifts.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
