We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Development Representative to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales through cold calling, engaging potential clients, delivering product demos, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to leads or data provided by the company.
Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify business needs.
Present solutions confidently and handle initial objections.
Schedule and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
Deliver product demos to potential leads after initial engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, demos, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or account management (international process experience preferred). Candidates should be from the retail sales small and medium sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone.
Strong presentation skills to deliver effective product demos.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a night shift environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
