Key Responsibilities
Communicate with US retail stores through calls, email, and messaging to take daily/weekly orders.
Build and maintain good relationships with all retail store partners.
Take accurate customer orders and enter them into the system without errors.
Coordinate with the US warehouse/manufacturing team to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped correctly.
Prepare and manage invoices for all retail orders.
Track order status, deliveries, and returns.
Maintain updated records of order volumes, sales, and store requirements.
Follow up with stores for payments, confirmations, and reorders.
Resolve any store issues related to products, delays, or order adjustments.
Generate daily reports for management on order flow, store activity, and performance.
Ensure smooth communication between stores, warehouse, and internal teams.
