Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple job requirements.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in US recruitment.
Willingness to work
complete night shifts (US hours)
.
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in full-cycle US staffing.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
