US Recruiter____(Experienced in hiring full-time / individual contractors for the projects)

Experience - Minimum 5+ Years (atleast 3 years specializing in recruiting 1099 workers, independent contractors, freelancers, or gig-workers for the US Market)

Salary - 4 LPA - 6 LPA (Depends on Interview)

Shift - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (US Shift)

Working Days - 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Role & Responsibilities :--

The ideal candidate must be a Master of Modern, unconventional sourcing techniques, particularly within niche online communities like reddit, and possesses deep, proven experience in the North American gig-worker market. The candidate must possess strong behavioral skills, including communication, time management, attention to detail, a positive attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving etc. Develop and implement creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and retain a strong and diverse pool of mystery shoppers and auditors across North America, Highly skilled in advanced ways of finding candidates, such as using detailed search techniques, online tools, and social media platforms. Focus on building long-term relationships and maintaining a high-quality panel to support ongoing project needs. Establish a strong presence and trusted voice within niche online communities--such as targeted subreddits and specialized forums--to consistently attract high-quality passive candidates through genuine, value-focused engagement. Review and share key hiring metrics like quality of new hires, how well different hiring sources are working, and candidate feedback. Use this data to improve hiring methods and make better decisions on where to invest. Handle the early stages of hiring - finding, screening, and shortlisting candidates - and smoothly pass the best ones to the North American management team, Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a strong understanding of North American communication style, culture, and manners.
