Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as US Staffing Recruiters. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of staffing experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment. You will receive hands-on training to source, screen, and place candidates for clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs. Update information regularly in the ATS and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong English communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic MS Office proficiency. Willingness to work US time zones (Night Shift).

Preferred

Internship or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or US staffing. Basic understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) is a plus.
