Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and job descriptions from US clients
Source candidates through job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offers
Learn and work on US recruitment processes, time zones, and compliance
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate or postgraduate (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift)
Training will be provided
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication
Strong learning attitude and career interest in recruitment
