Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Required Skills

Education
Bachelor's degree in any field (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).
