Title: US Recruiter

Required Experience- Fresher to 4+ years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primarily working on Non-it (Business Professional/Healthcare/BPO). Hiring W2 consultants' cases of submission. Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package. Working on Job Portals ( Monster, Career Builder, etc.), Company's personal database, and large personal hotlist. Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing. Attending weekly update meetings and reporting to a manager. Resource mapping, resume screening, problem-solving, and issue resolution. End-to-End coordination of interviews between prime vendors, third-party vendors, clients, and consultants. Setting up interviews for consultants. Preparatory talks with the consultants before the Interview. Follow up with the selected consultants. Recruiting, Hiring, Submissions & Follow-Up. Involved with the full life cycle of the recruitment and with the Business.
Location- Noida (Onsite)

Shift Timimg- 7.30 PM - 4.30 AM IST
