We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
US IT Recruiter
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions with clients across the United States. Knowledge of US tax terms, work visas, and hiring practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and source qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), ATS, and networking to find active and passive candidates.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
Negotiate compensation rates, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.
Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (0-5+ years) in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US employment types: W2, C2C, and 1099.
Familiarity with various US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
