Role summary
MRCC is looking for a US IT Recruiter for its US Staffing team at its Thane office. The person will be working in close coordination with the Teams in Thane (India) & Boston, MA, USA (HQ). The role will involve managing the end to end requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Must have worked with direct clients.
- Sourcing candidates for different clients through job boards, reference and network
- Handle Contract and Full time cycle of US Staffing.
- Screening of resumes and salary negotiation.
- Interviewing H1B/GC/US Citizen consultant for various requirements according to the Client request.
- Coordinate till on boarding and afterwards.
