We are looking for an experienced

US Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure timely and quality submissions aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer support Source and engage qualified candidates using professional networking platforms, internal databases, and referrals Understand client requirements and match candidate profiles accurately Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation Work closely with account managers and internal teams to meet hiring timelines Build long-term relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in US staffing or US recruitment Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment Experience recruiting across multiple domains such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, or similar fields Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tracking systems Willingness to work US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with direct clients and enterprise hiring teams Exposure to applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Strong analytical and sourcing skills
