Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.).
Use Boolean search techniques effectively to identify potential candidates.
Perform active sourcing through social networks, job boards, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications.
Format resumes as per client standards before submission.
Coordinate with Account Managers / Delivery Managers on client requirements and priorities.
Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and internal databases.
Manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate follow-up.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
