We are seeking a proactive and skilled US Talent Acquisition Associateto manage full-cycle recruitment for our US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent sourcing capabilities, and a deep understanding of the US hiring landscape, including tax terms and work authorisations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across IT domains.
Source talent using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
Understand client job requirements and match qualified candidates accordingly.
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure compliance with US employment regulations and verify work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT).
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information.
Build and manage strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Provide weekly recruitment updates and performance reports to management.
Stay informed about US market trends, immigration rules, and industry hiring demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms, and work authorizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in US shift timings.
