Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and assist with onboarding activities.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client hiring requirements.
Update and maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shift).
Good to Have
Exposure to recruitment concepts or HR coursework (academic projects or certifications).
Basic awareness of US staffing terms (W2, 1099, C2C) is an added advantage.
