We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as
US Staffing Recruiters
. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of staffing experience who are eager to build a career in recruitment. You will be trained to source, screen, and place qualified candidates for clients across the United States while learning best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews, feedback, and onboarding.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job requirements.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shift).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or US staffing.
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and recruitment processes (a plus, not mandatory).
