Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated US Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at GEx Search, a global recruitment company. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent for our clients in the IT and Executive sectors. This is a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience as a US Recruiter, preferably in the IT or Executive sectors Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Experience with both IT and non-IT recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Roles And Responsibilities Source, screen, and identify top talent resumes from various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for specific roles Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Present qualified candidates to clients and provide comprehensive information about their skills and experiences Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities
