Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team at GEx Search. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients in the IT and Executive sectors. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a US Recruiter or similar role
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring IT and Executive professionals
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts as per US time zones

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and online job portals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, and compensation requirements
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through continuous networking and relationship building
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
• Negotiate and present offers of employment to successful candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
