Management Level Senior Associate

& Summary A career in our Specialised Tax Services practice, within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You'll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You'll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.

Our team helps our clients achieve year to year consistency that leaves them in full compliance and with optimal cash savings. You'll help our clients identify qualifying cash tax savings and refund opportunities as well as gauging the impact of deductions and credits on the effective tax rate.

Technical
1. Relevant experience of at least 3-7 years.
2. Educational Qualification - MBA/M.Com. Strong accounting knowledge
3. Good understanding of Tax structure and eager to learn new concepts
4. Strong research and analytical skill. Targeting the companies through various research sites.
5. Understanding the client requirements and analysing client information per requirement
6. Strong knowledge on Tax structure and Research and Development credit calculation process.
7. Preferred technical skills are, 10k Analysis, MEMO creation, Due Diligence, R&D technical concept, analysing and identifying relevant information for R&D calculation and R&D tax form preparation.
8. Technical Senior review on R&D calculation completed by preparers
9. Validate data and analyze for accuracy and relevance
10. Produce high quality of work which adheres to the relevant professional standards
11. Think broadly and ask relevant questions and communicate open items with clients while leading Kick-off/Status calls
12. Develop knowledge of the firm's line of service capabilities and our portfolio offerings
13. Keep up-to-date with Research and Development credit IRS regulations
14. Zero to minimal errors on the performance
15. Keep up the knowledge on technical and technology developments
16. Training associates on technical and technology
17. Leading multiple clients during the same period
18. Leading the engagements calls. Leading the engagements independently, identifying and addressing any client requirements
19. Ability to create and utilize automation tools like, Alteryx workflow

Minimum years experience required
  • Relevant experience of at least 3-7 years.
  • Educational Qualification - MBA/M.Com. Strong accounting knowledge
