Key Responsibilities

international customer interactions

chat and voice

Assist with queries related to products, orders, returns, or general service Maintain a high standard of

and customer satisfaction Accurately document and follow up on customer interactions

Education:

Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible

Communication:

Excellent spoken and written English skills

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Must be open to

night shifts

rotational week offs

Compensation & Perks

Salary:

Up to ?33,000 CTC/month
