Job Description
Title US Process Associate
Location - Chandigarh IT Park
US Shifts - 5.5 days working, + Cab facility
Salary - Up to max 35K CTC + incentives up to 4-5k
Job Responsibilities:-
Pricing and analysing information of the deliveries done.
Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data.
Securely handle client data and payment information.
Analytical ability to determine root cause of complaint and make recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
