US Payroll Specialist/Manager
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly or monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US labor laws and regulations.
2. Tax Compliance: Manage tax withholdings, filings, and payments, including federal, state, and local taxes.
3. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, 401(k), and others.
4. Reporting: Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, such as payroll tax returns and W-2s.
5. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
6. Communication: Collaborate with employees, management, and external partners to resolve payroll-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Payroll Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Software Proficiency
- Experience with payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2. Payroll Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in US payroll processing and management.

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
