We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Patient Scheduling Executive with over 6 years of proven experience in customer service within the US Healthcare Industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience with a strong focus on quality, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately.

Handle patient calls professionally, resolving queries and concerns with empathy and care.

Provide outstanding customer service to maintain strong patient relationships and ensure high retention.

Mentor and train new team members to maintain high-quality service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in US Healthcare customer service roles.

Strong knowledge of Chronic Care Management and patient support processes.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in patient scheduling systems and CRM tools.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
