National Utility Choice Program LLC (NUCP) is a U.S.-based Energy Brokerage firm that partners with multiple American suppliers to deliver fixed-rate electricity and natural gas plans to commercial customers across deregulated states.
We are strengthening our India telemarketing division to support U.S. operations. If you're motivated, disciplined, and looking for a high-income opportunity with no cap on earnings, you could be a perfect fit.
Work Location & Training
Training:

After Training:
Mandatory on-site work at our Dwarka, Delhi NCR office

Earliest shift start:
5:30 p.m. IST
Latest shift end:
9:00 a.m. IST
Flexible shift options (based on performance)

You will NOT work the entire window. You will be assigned a single shift and may request preferred timings.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S. commercial clients
Clearly present and explain fixed-rate energy plans
Build trust, manage objections, and close deals
Follow U.S. telemarketing compliance standards
Use scripts, maintain CRM entries, and meet daily/weekly goals
Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory:
Prior telemarketing or sales experience
Required:
Minimum 5 years experience with U.S. customers
Excellent spoken English with a clear accent
Understanding of U.S. culture, slang, and communication style
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Target-driven, persistent, and self-motivated
Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email
Positive, collaborative team attitude
Experience with Vicidial is a plus
