Tele Sales Caller - Outbound International B2B Voice Process (ELD Telematics Campaign)
Job Overview:
We're seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Callers to join our team for the ELD Telematics Campaign. This role involves handling outbound international B2B calls to clients in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to international B2B prospects
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Identify potential leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales in CRM systems
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in international outbound sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and telematics systems is a plus
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM)
