Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and place
USC candidates
for Non-IT roles (Healthcare, Admin, Operations, Finance, Light Industrial, etc.)
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing ? screening ? submission ? interview ? offer ? onboarding
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and ATS for candidate sourcing
Conduct initial candidate screening and competency-based interviews
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Maintain accurate documentation and ATS records
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience
in US Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing experience with US Citizens (USC)
Solid understanding of US hiring practices and employment norms
Expertise in Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience working with ATS and US job boards
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare, Admin, Operations, or Finance staffing
Prior experience working with US staffing agencies
Proven track record of closures and client satisfaction
Work hours:
6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (EST HOURS)
