The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for roles such as technicians, mechanical engineers, operators, drivers, car washers, and other skilled/non-IT positions. The role requires excellent sourcing strategies, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver quality candidates in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work with US clients/account managers to understand job requirements for non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen candidates via calls to assess experience, skills, and availability.
Negotiate compensation, relocation, and start dates with candidates.
Maintain and update ATS/recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure timely submission of profiles and meet hiring deadlines.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
Maintain compliance with client and US hiring standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1-5 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment (Non-IT domains preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing for blue-collar, skilled trades, and engineering roles.
Familiarity with US job boards and recruitment practices.
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, etc.).
Willingness to work in
night shifts (US time zone)
