We are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for non-IT and legal positions across the US. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver timely results.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems.
Qualifications:
2+ years of US staffing experience (Non-IT or Legal recruiting required).
Strong knowledge of US hiring practices and work authorizations.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
