This includes creating job descriptions, managing the recruitment process, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Candidate Management:
Screening applications, conducting interviews (phone and in-person), and evaluating candidate fit.
Recruitment Process Management:
Coordinating the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
Collaboration:
Working closely with hiring manager understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate and confidential recruitment records and data.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Experience in recruitment, particularly in non-IT roles.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Sales/Negotiation:
Sales and negotiation skills, as well as a goal-oriented approach.
Multi-tasking:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
