Role: US Non IT Recruiter

Exp: 3 years

Location: Coimbatore

Role involves in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles outside of Information Technology (IT), such as marketing, sales, HR, and finance. This includes creating job descriptions, managing the recruitment process, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Candidate Management:

Screening applications, conducting interviews (phone and in-person), and evaluating candidate fit.

Recruitment Process Management:

Coordinating the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.

Collaboration:

Working closely with hiring manager understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate and confidential recruitment records and data.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Experience in recruitment, particularly in non-IT roles.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-solving:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Sales/Negotiation:

Sales and negotiation skills, as well as a goal-oriented approach.

Multi-tasking:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay: ?9,562.57 - ?20,022.28 per month
