Cold Calling Executives

to join our energetic team and play a key role in connecting with potential customers in the US market.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US mortgage segment. Introduce company services and generate qualified leads. Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style throughout calls. Record and update accurate information in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals. Work closely with team leaders and managers to improve calling strategies. Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine scripts and approaches.
Requirements

Prior experience in cold calling/telemarketing/US process is an advantage, but freshers are welcome (training will be provided). Strong English communication skills with a clear and confident voice. Ability to handle objections and rejections positively. Willingness to work in the night shift (US process). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Target-driven and motivated to earn incentives.
